The after school Science Explorers club is back at RES. Please go to the Electronic School Bag to see all that it has to offer. There are different sessions with different topics. If interested, please fill out the Registration Form and mail to the company or register on-line.

Please note that competitive/fast foods served at lunch are in violation of the federal lunch program. As a result, students are not permitted to eat fast food at lunch. Visitors in school lunchrooms may not bring competitive/fast foods as an adult meal.

2014-2015 SCHOOL SUPPLIES
Please click here to access the supply list for your child's grade level. These supplies should be brought to school on the first day -- August 25th. Once school begins, your child's teacher may ask each child to bring in some additional supplies.
HEALTH INFORMATION FOR 2014-2015
This correspondence is intended as a reminder to parents/guardians who have a child with a known Life-Threatening Food Allergies and/or Asthma or may require a daily medication to be given during school hours. This includes prescription daily medication as well as any over the counter medication, such as Lactaid. In an effort to have your child in compliance with the district’s medication policy at the beginning of the 2014-2015 school year, attached are forms to complete before the new school year begins. As you might be aware, physician’s orders do not carry over from one school year to the next.
LIFE-THREATENING FOOD ALLERGY
If your child requires an EpiPen for the treatment of a known Life-Threatening Food Allergy, it is the parent/guardian responsibility to provide the school nurse with the EpiPen and physician orders for usage. Please click here for the attached Food Allergy-Anaphylaxis Action Plan form for the 2014-2015 school year. This form requires both physician and parent/guardian signatures.
If your child requires medication to treat his/her Asthma please click here for the attached Administration of Medication form for the 2014-2015 school year. Please note, only students in grades 5-12 may carry their own inhaler at school to be used independently without school nurse supervision. This form requires both physician and parent/guardian signatures.
DAILY MEDICATION (Prescription or Over The Counter)

2014-2015 CHILD CARE TRANSPORTATION FORM
If your child(ren) will be in child care either before school, after schoool,or both during the 2014-2015 school year, you must complete a "Child Care/Day Care Transportation Form". This is true even if they are attending Y Care in the building. A new form must be completed for each new school year.Click here to access the form. Please fill out and return to the school office prior to the start of school.
